TIRAMISU
Ingredients: Mascarpone cheese

cream 30% Whipping Cream
:
300 ml double cream mixer beat mascarpone cheese smooth.
Punch:
two sugars, vanilla, rum
,
3 teaspoons sugar, 1 cup
strong coffee (brewed coffee 3 teaspoons in a cup of boiling water)
biscuits soaked in punch, arranged in the form. Then put the cream. Then a second layer of biscuit and cream. On top of sweet dough sprinkled with cocoa.
Tiramisu put in the fridge. Most delicious the next day after completion.
